We are specialised in teaching about tolerance and community cohesion within schools and youth work settings. Our Teaching Tolerance and Ethnocultural Empathy for Mutual Acceptance (TEEMA) Resources are available as a package for secondary schools to support global citizenship and critical thinking. In addition, we provide training to ensure the effectiveness of the TEEMA Resources. We can adapt our resources to your specific requirements, setting and timeframe.
We work with public and private sector organisations on producing high quality research and reports. T-TEEMA offers a range of education and research consulting services, including in-house training in research methods and data analysis; evaluating projects; informing evidence-based practice, and producing reports and academic publications.
We provide teacher training and facilitate workshops on tolerance and ethnocultural empathy in schools, as well as training youth workers and educators within alternative learning settings. We also work with human resources within public services; higher education institutions, and the private sector, to provide staff training on diversity and unconscious bias.
The Covid 19 pandemic is having a major impact on children, and the transition out of lockdown may be just as difficult, as children and their families struggle to adjust. Therefore, we are using our knowledge of social psychology, resilience and story writing to provide support and encouragement. Updates will provided on our news page.
